ah yes, back in the day when the blue blur was able to go head to head with Mario

this is one of my favorite styles for him, i think you got it down pretty well =)

Thats the thing, Sonic CD style barely uses any shading.

Animate hands in old style its 100% easyier!
And spikes on your sonic are lopsided on left side like in sonic x (I hate this).

Yeah they are easier to animate, lol.
Those lopsided quills always made it look like theres a gust of wind, lol.
